My overall experience has been positive. This is by far the most unique company for which I've ever had the pleasure of working. The culture is freedom-based and leans on the intelligence, trust, and integrity of employees for much of its success. Good people doing loving work.

I enjoy knowing that my work supports the mission of the company and the positive spread it has through the community and the world.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited PTO used at your and your manager's discretion. It feels good that employees are trusted to complete their work and encouraged to pursue work/life balance.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
There was some last minute rescheduling and late calls made by the employer. I wasn't sure if they were taking the process seriously at one point, but I'm glad I pushed past that minor inconvenience and continued through the process!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team does a commendable job of making the needs of our customers the top priority while also prioritizing the needs of the business and placing high value on employee satisfaction. I feel safe providing feedback and trust that leadership cares about it.
