Logos Product Department Employee Reviews

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Leadership Reviews

I like the most of their communication & flexibility

Review from Product Dept

Leadership is methodical, disciplined, clear, but also humble and approachable. Plans and goals are communicated well internally, and anyone can speak up with ideas or challenge a plan.

Review from Product Dept

Within my direct leadership structure there seems to be a good understanding of what we are trying to accomplish.

Review from Product Dept

The leadership team is communicative and responsive to employees' wants and needs.

Review from Product Dept

Light on policy, but what policy does exist plainly supports employee well being.

Review from Product Dept

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership Reviews

He needs to improve at communication, openness, and compassion

Review from Product Dept

The leadership team is great at finding new ways to ring the cash register. However this comes at a high cost of lack of employee development and growth. Managers here are more like product developers rather coaches that utilize the strength of their team.

Review from Product Dept

Noticing the good work of people who don't scream about how great they are. The louder screamers are rarely the best workers, and the quieter ones get taken for granted.

Review from Product Dept

Genuinely listening to the employees—though feedback is welcomed and opportunities are made for feedback, it can often feel like such comments are quickly dismissed.

Review from Product Dept

the Leadership team is great, we have a leader-leader like idea set up.

Review from Product Dept

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Compensation Reviews

Free base package & vacation

Review from Product Dept

The 'Unlimited Time Off' policy.

Review from Product Dept

The generous vacation policy is what really stands out about Faithlife's benefits package. The healthcare benefits are good and fair too, and in 2017 the leadership team went to great lengths to adapt the health insurance plan so it would better cover spouses and families.

Review from Product Dept

It's competitive with the market

Review from Product Dept

Vacation and open schedule—we're given a lot of latitude.

Review from Product Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation Reviews

Compensation is somewhat fair but at the lower end of what would be needed, given the cost of living increases in Bellingham. Benefits are generally outstanding. The only exception is health insurance coverage for spouses, which is unattainably expensive for most.

Review from Product Dept

I would feel better about my compensation if I could make enough to pay my bills

Review from Product Dept

Better 401k match. The current match is insulting.

Review from Product Dept

Equal Pay for Equal work via some transparency would be ideal.

Review from Product Dept

It all depends on the strategic funneling of money within the company. If your department isn't a new product or new initiative, you will have a much harder time getting a raise, regardless of how much value you bring to the table.

Review from Product Dept

What are some of the best things about your team?

Team Reviews

The best thing is to help and support each other

Review from Product Dept

We strive for excellence and help each other out without internal competition.

Review from Product Dept

How honest we can be with one another our teams culture honors each of us as individuals and collectively.

Review from Product Dept

My team fosters a fairly laid-back atmosphere, with lots of room to take individual initiative, while at the same time staying highly engaged in the inception and production of new content.

Review from Product Dept

My team is supportive and hardworking

Review from Product Dept

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Team Reviews

Greater punctuality in starting meetings and better enforcement of attendance at mandatory meetings.

Review from Product Dept

Some of the departments at Faithlife are too silo'd, which makes it difficult to get things done.

Review from Product Dept

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Environment Reviews

The most positive thing is open communication.

Review from Product Dept

There is no drama and people are kind and considerate. Employees on my team are able to set their own goals and priorities. Good ideas are heard and discussed, and constructive feedback is always taken seriously.

Review from Product Dept

I appreciate that openness and honesty are valued.

Review from Product Dept

The people at the company are on board for collaboration and brainstorming

Review from Product Dept

My co workers. I enjoy spending time with them.

Review from Product Dept

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Environment Reviews

No one really notices what I'm doing, so I have no way to tell if what I'm doing is as important as I think it is. I want to grow, but have no direction.

Review from Product Dept

What did you like most about the interview process?

Interviews Reviews

The interview process is fairly fine.

Review from Product Dept

It's a thorough process with clear communication.

Review from Product Dept

The speed, and the number of people I was able to connect with.

Review from Product Dept

I was offered a job that compliments my skills but also challenges me

Review from Product Dept

My interview was a little unusual. A friend connected me to people at Faithlife, and the company created a new position for me to start a new project that had been under consideration for a while. The interview was done over video chat and was fairly informal. There was a short take-home test.

What makes you most happy at work?

Outlook Reviews

I am happy to work to grow our business.

Review from Product Dept

Setting my own priorities, having an impact, and being successful.

Review from Product Dept

People. Clients and coworkers it is a pleasure to connect with them

Review from Product Dept

The branch of the company I work in is collegial, growth-oriented, and yet also fairly laid-back (my team more so than average). My department's management team is very approachable, encouraging, and responsive to team members' ideas and feedback. The work-life balance is great.

Review from Product Dept

That I'm valued as a person.

Review from Product Dept

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Outlook Reviews

I generally feel undervalued at work

Review from Product Dept

Struggling to recover from injury that makes it hard to want to get up and get at it.

Review from Product Dept

I love what I do and I believe in the mission of the company. However, I do not feel adequately compensated. My wage is below average for my position. In the past this was manageable, but changes in my personal life necessitate more pay. I don't want to leave, but I don't see a raise in sight.

Review from Product Dept

I feel undercompensated and undervalued. I've grown so much since I've started my job at Faithlife, but I've never benefited from it.

Review from Product Dept

Longterm illness that is dragging me down physically and emotionally
