Very people conscious. They care about the person, and the balance of personal and work needs. They are also very transparent with information about the business, financials, sales, product, etc.

Lingotek is a very team-oriented atmosphere. Everyone is working towards a common goal, without office politics.

The environment is very much "as a team, together we succeed," so helping teammates when needed, mentoring, and continuous feedback helps create growth and positivity.
