Leadership team at Pomona, MO is not good at all, every employee at HPH is unhappy with management and they are a joke. They don't care about there employees and they only care about numbers and I've seen many times they push bad product through and then if caught they blame it on the employee's.

Caterpillar is only looking for a bigger pay out! Cat doesn’t care about all the employees that will be out of a job later this year. They don’t have the decency to tell us. When are last day is. It seems they want us to quit, so they don’t have to give us are severance package. That’s my thought.

Actually putting their money where there mouth is. They constantly preach about how safety is the number one priority. Yet their actions show that velocity,cost, and quality are always put in front.
