Listening and nit make choices that sound good but ones that are actually beneficial to the conpsny as well as the employees.

Need to hire enough people to cover schedules, so the overtime is cut down.

Can't really complain about my personal manager but it all stems from the main executives. It seems they only care about the numbers and not the employees. Greed is the worst part about most corporations and employees are not entilted to a decent wage.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Benfits are ok but the lack of understanding betwen company abd the people who make sure everyday is pisspor at its best. For 3 years I have been working a two pwtson job alone because mangnent doesnt care. And they will hire people to work everything but what needs attention. Pay is less than.

Not enough employees to get the job done. You have to work as hard and fast as you can in order to not work too many hours. Typical day is 10 to 12 hours. You can't even complete the job at all the stores within that time limit and your the one in trouble for it. Pepsi needs to hire more people.

We are all fairly new beginning to work as one unit though now and we get out in 8 hours

We try to work together even when management doesn't work with us. The moral is often low because of management so picking each other up is important.

The overall morale is very low here due to the long hours.

There is nothing to improve with the coworkers. We work as hard as we can and it still isn't good enough. Too many stores to take care of and not enough time to complete the job. Mainly leads to poor customer satisfaction with stores and they wonder why everything isn't perfect.

As whole the work loads isn’t distributed fairly. The better workers get the harsher shifts, deliveries and duties. Not so good workers are allowed to sandbag.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We just meed to be heard about working conditions, we need communication and not someone talking at us. We need a leader who is leading not dictating. Anger is often the motivation behind the work environment.
