Most employees dont "work together". There is a lack of teamwork
Stop telling on everyone for everything and nothing
Communication. Training. Better training on the vocalect system
Care a little? Hold people accountable. Communicate.

Only if they respect each other even the supervisors they are worse then the workers
More common courtesy, less in fighting.
There are some nice coworkers of course but also lots of arrogant ones who think very highly of themselves and bullies are protected
The overall morale is very low here due to the long hours.
