Inclusivity! Engagement, consistent in appreciation!
More focus on the busienss, make the hard decisions, commit to the public statements, be honest and authentic
Realignment of resource allocation. Our pyramid is upside down. Super bowl commercials dont sell pepsi. Frontline execution does

Leadership needs to be more respectful and should have to have some kind of training
Management needs to be retrain on their jobs and what podtion they are in they are suppose to supervise not say good question when they are asked q question about doing the job

Stop hiring people with no relevant work experience
Communication i’m not getting up leaving every few minut

The pay when I start
Getting off work and clocking out
Being able to lend a helping hand to the communitys needs
Pricing and contracts that distract their businesses
Frontline is not motivated. Midlevel managers are overtaxed with irrelevant tasks. Forced to deal with bad attitudes and subpar performance from the people they oversee.
