CEO has make a lot of good changes to the organization, I think overall she is perceived very well. They can improve on how they react to short falls to plan. so the only answer cant be to raise or take price. there needs to be other options to react to an ever changing climate in the trade.

Remove top management in Houston. Ever since the new regime moved to Texas a couple years ago, its been horrible. They have removed 2 or 3 managers that were very well respected by all us drivers. Market director for Houston office should have been the first one to go.

In IT, pretty flexible. I have at least one WFH day and often take more depending on the need. Not scheduled or pre-approved; do your job - who cares. I also have 100% remote employees.
it works only in certain parts of our business.
It depends on the function you work within. For example, a role within production would require the employee to be on-site at all times whereas an "office" role supports working from home based on business demand.
