How employees describe working at Mondelez International North America

I've never had such a disrespectful manager. Constantly belittling me, taking credit for my work, and denying me time off for emergencies when I have well over 100 hours of accrued PTO. Other teams are better. I feel insecure in my role as I am constantly reminded of the uncertainty of my role.

Review from HR/People Services Dept

Working at Mondelez is great, good environment and every day is there´s something new. Always challenging but exciting

Review from HR/People Services Dept

I love the company, the products and my peers. My only bad experience has been and is with my leadership team.

Review from HR/People Services Dept

Hard working, authentic and friendly

Review from HR/People Services Dept

I'm grateful for my job. I like what I do. I don't like my leadership, the lack of emotional intelligence, feeling like nobody has my back. I would like to feel secure - supported. It has been a sweet/sour journey. I don't feel like I can grow here. Neither feel like feedback is useful.
