    There are too many layoffs. Pepsi Cola is struggling because too many people are going 'good for you', but that division is only one of hundreds of products that are doing better. 37% of the grocery store is a PepsiCo product, so you might be able to switch to a different division rather than be unemployed

    Remove top management in Houston. Ever since the new regime moved to Texas a couple years ago, its been horrible. They have removed 2 or 3 managers that were very well respected by all us drivers. Market director for Houston office should have been the first one to go.
