Fun vibe - we work hard and play hard. Average 10 hour days
Depends on which HR group you work within. Some have better working environments than others. For the most part, all our HR teams have talented people. Everyone works hard but easily can log on at home rather than staying in office late.

Are there any perks like discounts on event tickets discount on product?
Primarily in Sales and Marketing and only at certain levels. You might get something every once and a while. But, you will hear stories all the time about Sales and Marketing taking their friends and kids to cool events -but, Finance, Ops, R&D, etc rarely get the chance. There is a "pool" for unused tickets but they are usually last minute and to events that no one really wants to attend -so, if those obscure events are for you, you might have a chance.
