What's the internship program like at PepsiCo?
I really cant speak much of this program, I do see an intern from time to time at the facility.
How does PepsiCo handle HR issues?
Not good, I don't even know who my HR rep is, I will love to see an org chart of who covers what facility and what segment (example foodservice).

Again, depends on where you work inside of PepsiCo. Some teams have stronger HR leaders than others. Not unlike any other department/function or company.

I came in as a temp (was hired later) and after several promotions I still did not make what the minimum salary for someone starting at that position. I was making 14.55/hr. I believe the starting was at 15/16.
