    CEO has make a lot of good changes to the organization, I think overall she is perceived very well. They can improve on how they react to short falls to plan. so the only answer cant be to raise or take price. there needs to be other options to react to an ever changing climate in the trade.

    They dont do nothing what they need to do is going to every facility and have a meeting with the workers BUT no mamagment confidentiality and ask of they get treated good or not

    We'll see how it goes with the new one. PepsiCo needs to invest in their people, not squeeze them to the breaking point with productivity.
