    They are pro work life balance. You get two weeks upon joining, 3 after 5 years. Can negotiate this as part of your signing up. They encourage you to take vacation and you get sick days separately. Motto: We play hard and work harder.

    There is a lot of flexibility to manage my personal and professional priorities throughout each day. That does not mean 8 hour days but rather the flex to manage my schedule so I can accomplish my personal & professional reaponsibilities.

    Very challenging as our business is very demanding and we need to provide customer service, you cannot do that at home.
