About our pay I said yes & no . I think a check is a check but for as much work ,& sweat& adapting we do in the little time we have is crazy & I feel we should get more money then we do

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel hourly pay should be $2 more per hour for loackage habdlers. And all employees should be given a raise twice a year if they do their job well and a good worker. Price of things continue to rise and so should our pay i feel. And why do we nit get bonuses ever for holidays? Or even just yeari

Have to wait a year to get anything is a bit ridiculous if you ask me. People who work hard and prove they are capable of staying, should get benefits right away!

more consistency in getting 20+ hours a week, a higher wage to meet the demands of bills and health. some issues are more related to the us labor market in general and not specific issues endemic to ups alone.
