Tipped employees should get average wage rather than minimum wage for sick and vacation time.

The rooms benefit is virtually nonexistent. It always sounds very tempting but then turns out to be a disappointment. The scope needs to be widened.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Fast moving, but almost 1 month to start, and a lot of training videos that did not involve my position, and i did not see any empathy at all, which was a whole lesson.
