What would you improve about your company's interview process?
We have zero training, no guidelines, a slow process, and no-one seems to be accountable for any of this. It's strange. As a manager I feel pretty unsupported.

Ignoring the qualities that make us special (reviews, community) to chase after whatever Trivago and other companies are up to.
