get rid of the quarterly PRP. It's just another way of cutting how much we as employees get as a bonus. End of the year we are always above goal

Have moved with this company 5 times been on the bottom of seniority list my whole career. 34 years. Kids with 7 years have me beat in plant seniority. That’s not right. Been there my whole life and a teenager has a better job and shift prefience than I do. Not right

Our supervisors don't care. All they know how to do is write up good employees. And company moral needs to be better

We have problems even buying our own tires with the new discount system. I Have to a huge family who always bought Goodyears and now its a huge event if just one buys them.

The staggering pace is wearing everyone down.

Going to work under manned and having broken down equipment is extremely tiresome. You try explain this to staff and management only to be given catch words and buzz phrases. It's very frustrating. Safety is supposed to be paramount. However, it is second to production needs daily.
