Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compared to my peers I am more up to speed on the latest technologies and strategies. Also my results are much stronger than peers who previously were in charge of the same projects.

Not enough incentive for talented contractors to become FTE. Lots of talent leaving due to negative press/etc.

Lots of issues stemming from bad leadership and incentivizing wrong things (still).

we need compensated for the taskes they add to daily work. They need to bring back monthly bonus to make work more competitive. Upper management needs to bring positivity to work place.

What did you like most about the interview process?
They give time to interview rather than send candidates through a series of half hour interviews where you only have time for 2 questions and learn nothing about each other.
