Wells Fargo Leadership Employee Reviews

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Collaborative, authentic and transparent about the decisions and direction of the firm

Immediate managers are the good guys. Anyone above them is part of Charlie's GANG of terror.

Review from IT Dept

That it seems like the higher up work just as hard as the tellers

Coaching and hands on learning

Straight to the point always

One of the good ones if they exist

Cooperative and supportive and helping

Our LOB leadership truly cates about each one of us

Ok ok ok ok ok

They understand the big picture. It can take years to get to where WF needs to be

Team oriented goals and great support

Good and many support lead

Good, they are always in chill mode unless emergency

They are open and transparent

In my district we have open communication, I can reach out to anyone on my leadership team, and they will respond within 24 hrs.

Scheduling accommodations are great and the staff understands my medical issues and truly care about my well being.

Open mindedness, ability to work with it's subordinate.

Our leadership team is pretty open to suggestions, both on an interpersonal level and through the company as a whole. They make an effort to give feedback in ways that don't come across harsh or condescending. I feel appreciated for my hard work.

Diverse with plenty of executive rotations which create new opportunities for growth

Very knowledgeable professionals that are truly dedicated to higher levels od success.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Transparency is lacking and they feel very unapproachable.

just about everything needs to be improved

Communicating the key goals to employees and listening to our concerns with work conditions.

They need to recognize diversity of thought

Communication and being consistent across the board

Stop with all the greed, be honest, hold people accountable and at least pretend to care about the customers and employees

Transparency & realistic goal setting.

Be concerned at least a little bjt about welfare of the employees.

The leadership really needs to take a close look at the company and where it's at in retrospect to other banks, and make a choice what they truly want to be. Wells walks, talks, and acts like a mediocre company, and in effect produce a mediocre workplace with little hope of seeing decent money.

Get rid of leaders who are focused on themselves only.

Treat your employees better and stop thinking about just the bottom line

Training how to be effective

Cretae a brand that invests in their employees... trust, stability, and the opportunity for growth.

Be in touch with your team

Resign as promptly as possible.

Work with your employees not on them less write ups and more development to improve their life and well being.

Everything because everyone needs to be held accountable

Mentoring external hires. Very poor on boarding experience

Get a grip on reality . Upper mgmt has no idea what is going on as they manage by report only and dictates from above

Open to talk about issues
