Collaborative, authentic and transparent about the decisions and direction of the firm
Immediate managers are the good guys. Anyone above them is part of Charlie's GANG of terror.
Review from IT Dept
That it seems like the higher up work just as hard as the tellers
Coaching and hands on learning
Straight to the point always
Transparency is lacking and they feel very unapproachable.
just about everything needs to be improved
Communicating the key goals to employees and listening to our concerns with work conditions.
They need to recognize diversity of thought
Communication and being consistent across the board
Simple and easy to understand
Total compensation is good enough
The insurance benefits and dental
Time off. Pay. Benefits. It's all good.
The pay is fair in most areas, but not if you have been with the company for a long time.
Inflation and RTO has no kept up with my bills. Less than average raises with record profits is a slap in the face. WF use to be awesome. CS gives the work away to Microsoft and offshore.
Review from IT Dept
The base pay, bonus plan, and PTO plan are excellent. The medical coverage has very high copays.
Appraisals are not merit based.
They are not competitive in salary in comparison to most companies and are average at best in comparison to banks. The benefits are ok, but again nothing special in any way. Higher salaries and more benefit would be great, but I'm not holding my breath.
I feel undervalued because the more I take on results in a higher workload versus spreading the workload and holding everyone accountable to the same standards.
Review from Operations Dept
Peer discussion and peer led sessions but overall engagement from senior leadership
We work well remotely, always have. We were hired to be remote thruout the US to respond to emergencies. We communicate over Teams all day
Review from IT Dept
We all pull out weight equally
They all work hard and care.
Willingness to work together and have hard conversations to achieve good outcomes.
Coworkers are competent but need to communicate better existences to upper management.
Its all about fake empathy. The company doesnt care about employees or customers
Share information and be more inclusive.
Management that is proactive, not reactive. A management that is partially compensated based upon employee retention and morale.
Stand up for yourself and demand better working conditions. No more micro managed bullying.
We are a team we lift each other up and can take criticism
Great people and a good balance.
Good people everywhere you look.
The ability to work from home.
They work very hard to make sure DE&I is taken seriously. People are understanding of how stressful the work can be.
Value employees, promote employees that work hard and go above and beyond, and have better transparency. Hard working employees get taken advantage of. They are essentially punished for working hard with other peoples work.
management likes to ringfence everything
We need the executives to leave. Profit over people. Something is wrong with them where they want it to be like Chase. Charlie is on Microsofts Board and also gives work to them. It's conflic of interest. Operational expenditure, everything is a tax write off giving it to 3rd parties. AI is a joke
Review from IT Dept
Flexibility and for management to stop threatening jobs
Take your job more seriously.
How simple it all was
I had an outstanding recruiter
Simple and straightforward, very honest about the whole process.
The interview process moved quickly. The recruiters and hiring manager were prompt and communicated well.
Based on competency and real life experiences
speed it up to less than 6 months
It moves so slowly. Usually takes about two months to see progress.
Better word those answers exactly how they want to hear them because they won't hire if you use the wrong words.
Over my career there I intereviewed for many different posiitons. All of them start with the question about salary. Its backwards and I think it is intentional. They start by telling you they know what you already make and they aren't willing to pay for the job you will do, they keep you down.
The progress is virtually all computer driven.
The customers and getting to know my regulars
Coworkers, my manager and the work
Coworkers and interesting challenges and problems.
My staff is incredible and dedicated
I am happy to work with my teams.
Allow full time remote work.
The company is viewed as having a lack of ethics due to sales practices and lack of diversity at executive levels.
Too many people trying to make too many changes at the same time.
The company has never been all that strong on customer service even though they say that the customer is number one. Cash and bonus for the executive team is number one. Number 2 is avoiding oversight and getting hit with more fines. Customers are maybe a 3 or 4.
Corrupt culture that put revenue growth above all else.
Caring managers and a positive team atmosphere
The option to work remotely sometimes.
Review from Operations Dept
Daily work is challenging and interesting.

Relax Working Environment
Review from Engineering Dept
Team member experience
Allow more flexibility in location
Need new CEO once current one has finished mass layoffs.
Review from Sales Dept
everything needs to be changed
Be more lenient with occurrences.
