Peer discussion and peer led sessions but overall engagement from senior leadership

We work well remotely, always have. We were hired to be remote thruout the US to respond to emergencies. We communicate over Teams all day

Coworkers are competent but need to communicate better existences to upper management.

Its all about fake empathy. The company doesnt care about employees or customers

Share information and be more inclusive.

Management that is proactive, not reactive. A management that is partially compensated based upon employee retention and morale.

Stand up for yourself and demand better working conditions. No more micro managed bullying.

Be more inclusive. You fail to recognize that if you don't include certain people in meetings and make professional connections then are critical because those people don't have institutional knowledge.

We need a clear mission so people feel good about what they are doing.

Focus on actually working as a team. We are still siloed!

The coworkers aren't the problem. Management creates problems within departments and then blames it on staff.
