Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel the parental leave policy could be leveled up. Quality maternity leave is a really big expense and I understand why it would be tough to swallow, but I fear the company will lose some of its top female talent if they can't provide adequate support to mothers.

Passionate people who are focused on the right things. Very little ego inside the company and minimal politics.
