As a company we have more "leadership" than we do producers. All they care about is numbers. They don't know anything about the lines. We have to do extra work filling out paperwork just so they look like they know what they are talking about during their meetings. Which we also have too much of.

Management speaks about transparency but does not practice transparency. 2. No staff reductions with increased work loads do not support a great culture environment to work in. 3. Empower P&G people instead not just the upper management.

We constantly say we want to be best in brand and grow and increase who we are. But all they mean is the managers get more comp. We get worse insurance every year and we don't base our wages off other large companies in the area because they are a "different categorie". AKA do more for less.

Bonuses are only given to Band 3 managers and up regardless of how well our company did as a whole (based on stock). So, if you have a really hard working person B2 or lower and they are at the top of their pay curve they get no increase in salary& no bonus. And no change in stock.

Only gripe about co workers is that we seem to carry too many that know how to work the DB system. We need a better way to curb people from using that all the time. We are flexible but we get tired of working 12s or 14 in a row to cover slackers.

Starts from top down! Our project team was given extreme tight deadlines to meet I was having to work 14 hour days, weekends and yes a holiday weekend. I was upset and went to my upper mgr. and was told thanks but that is expected. I said no it is not!

Culture is the worse it has ever been. It is not the same company it once was. People once felt secure and valued and now do not. Even in the mission statement people come second to Brand I believe this is where P&G is missing it with the people.
