There is a HUGE disadvantage to hiring in after the start of the fiscal year (1 July).
Does the company practice any form of Job Rotation? If so, in what structure and to what objective?
No, some employees get on a graveyard train line and make the same $ that other employees run their tails off. No swapping every few years to relieve the struggle
After a short new hire period and completion of skill cards, technicians can apply to work a normal shift job and get off rotating shifts for a set period
Some areas in P&G have a culture of job rotation. My department, for example, does not do this. Groups that do are usually trying to give people exposure to other jobs and to prevent some groups from becoming too insular.

Work at home and don’t get paid
Your immediate manager can authorize work from home if you are in an appropriate situation (it doesn't work so well for manufacturing employees who have to be in the plant). In most cases, work from home is limited to one day a week but other arrangements do happen.

same as most large companies - mostly ineffective. You go through the steps to fill in the forms. However, as always, if you get a great manager, they do care much about you and help

it's work. It doesn't need to be fun
Very good! I get to work with smart people who take each other's viewpoints into consideration and who jump in to help each other out in order to make the work/end product better. No egos on my team. We have fun together, even through the stressful times.

What makes you the most proud about working at Procter & Gamble?
Not proud anymore. Was proud 10 years ago but management has changed all that. Used to be a career, now it’s a job.
What kind of relocation or moving stipends does Procter & Gamble offer?
Limited to management compared to 10 years ago. If a new plant opens, transfers are limited availability but it’s only if the company is struggling for capability that they can only get from another plant

None, once they were family oriented and that has all changed. You go to work, do what your told or get fired.
