What do you like best about the leadership team?
I lead many science teams.Was the resident trouble shooter, and they fully trusted me.I taught in the P&G college and was a peer leader.I LOVED my job and couldn't wait to come to work, often staying over for an extra hour or 2.I still dream of being at work. Traveled worldwide for the company.

My leadership team seems to be consistently focused on looking busy and driving too many initiatives to make deeper impact. It would be helpful for the team to push back harder on the SVP to focus more on pointed purposes

They need to have a good look at themselves and the way they ran the company and how they running their workers into the ground.

The pay structure and benefits
Decent salary which is enough for cool life

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
intern do not get the same benefits as the full time workers but they should give us something
The technicians are not valued for skill and knowledge.

The amount of work it takes to get raises causes a rift between what were doing work wise and the extra to reach pay increases

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More friendly management is needed

driving force needs to be profit not sales
Bad Managers need to be held accountable for their lack of integrity and need to stop cherry picking Operator voices to portray they narrative they wish were true. The truth is always better. We can never improve if we don't confront the truth. Good Managers need to stand up for Operators.

Interviews are structured in cause/effect format and when the interviewee isn't understanding the question, the interviewer will help to clarify what they are looking for.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Have attitude tests rather than cognitive tests.
It was ok could be better nothing about me as a person is looked at. The people interviewing you are children they don’t know how to work or interact with adults
