My leadership team seems to be consistently focused on looking busy and driving too many initiatives to make deeper impact. It would be helpful for the team to push back harder on the SVP to focus more on pointed purposes

Decent salary which is enough for cool life

Profit sharing and bonus structure
intern do not get the same benefits as the full time workers but they should give us something
