Review from Sales Dept

The team is focused, integrated and extremely collaborative. We are all clear on the goal and our role !

They are always willing to help

Everyone is driven and some of the smartest people I know

We work through adversity daily

Theyre proactive kind and hard working

We back one another up without worry. Cross training is a valuable tool to maintain good business continuity practices.

We all work amazing together

Everyone is the top of their class/super smart/type A. Blessing and curse.

extremely approachable, hard working, dedicated and capable.

Have worked with them for years

we are the best team

Roles and responsibilites are clear; people are trained and competent; people honestly share progress in key areas

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Less meetings and less acronyms if possible

More doing and less talking.

Stop throwing each other under the bus

supporting functions need to be able to do their core responsibilities

Other empployees should understand boundaries between work and life.

Morale is down, employees are stressed and tired and fear for their jobs of getting fired. Was very hard to get fired 10 years ago. Now it happens weekly.

Review from Operations Dept

Putting teams together that actually are good together instead of jumping on people for you to look better then the next

Review from Operations Dept

Communication because a lot of issues wouldn’t even come up then

Review from Product Dept

Some work and work hard. Most do only what is required if that. Others do nothing

Review from Operations Dept

Needs to be a better focus on doing the basics .

Review from Operations Dept

The folks need to bond together and become one instead of being individuals can’t make changes if you not bonded

Review from Operations Dept

The workers are fine but the management is so poor the workers have no one to lead them

Review from Operations Dept

Most co workers are great but hold accountable the ones that don't pull their own weight instead of putting more responsibility on the ones thatdo the work.

Review from Operations Dept

The culture has changed a lot over the years and it seem that the new hires are developing an attitude of all about me and whatever it takes to move up. Even to the point of step on others to get there. A lot less sense of family than there used to be. They have them afraid to speak up to managers.

Review from Operations Dept

People wear a terrible facade in the company. They just talk on how to do the right thing selling themselves to everyone. Including the janitors. Don't talk of anything else that is not how great they are when in the back they do terrible things. Over spend accounts and give more discounts to showof

Review from Sales Dept

Too many, to much hierarchy

They could try a little harder. If promotions were actually based on performance might help motivate skill building

Review from Operations Dept

Only gripe about co workers is that we seem to carry too many that know how to work the DB system. We need a better way to curb people from using that all the time. We are flexible but we get tired of working 12s or 14 in a row to cover slackers.

Review from Product Dept

People should come in the office

Review from IT Dept

Leadership needs to be more engaged with core work
