The importance of sustaining a great safety and quality culture.

Flexibility related to family emergency things

Review from IT Dept

lots of interaction and engagement opportunities if employees seek them out.

Some of the friendship and interaction

The guys on the floor

Open mindedness of the leadership team

Creative, fair, open minded, communicative, honest

Celebrate some wins here and there

We promote straight talk and ive never had a manager not open to feedback.

The positive interaction between coworkers, always there to support and challenge you to be better, making everyone succeed.

Everyone is helpful and kind

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

More friendly management is needed

Management they dont value people

driving force needs to be profit not sales

Bad Managers need to be held accountable for their lack of integrity and need to stop cherry picking Operator voices to portray they narrative they wish were true. The truth is always better. We can never improve if we don't confront the truth. Good Managers need to stand up for Operators.

Review from Operations Dept

Managers need to be more involved, they don't think about the workload but only about results, they don't treat you as a person. No recognition unless you're one of the favourites

stop with mediocrity: people have to be recognized and supported to take risks (not blamed by it)

Review from Finance Dept

Harassing and demeaning to the women

Review from Operations Dept

Management and how they act towards teams

Review from Operations Dept

A lot of backbiting needs to stop and be more transparent

Review from Product Dept

Work not given out equally those that work are given much more others that don’t get nothing

Review from Operations Dept

More focus on positive , less redundant tasks,

Review from Operations Dept

The upper management needs to understand what is really going on and stop worrying about the dog and pony shows and we need all of our groups to communicate so we know what each is doing to be more effective

Review from Operations Dept

I wish we were faster to market and make decisions. There are often multiple layers of management that need to sign off before I project gets its legs. It can be frustrating.

Review from Operations Dept

The workers feel like numbers. The company could care less about you and will not hesitate to get rid of you if you have an individual thought

Review from Operations Dept

Management don’t seem to care about anyone

Review from Operations Dept

Reduction in management and nonproduction tasks

Review from Operations Dept

Too late. Culture is now driven by profits and bonuses paid to upper levels for stagnant results.

Review from Operations Dept

Value the line techs more. Stop trying to make wagers out of techs. Give more credit to techs that keep the lines up and running. You can't run a line from a cubical. It take quality techs to keep cases going out the door and we are losing that.

Review from Operations Dept

Take care about employees. How is it possible that a manager in my country told her team they should start working before 5 am because she wakes up at 4? And then that she thinks they all need to work weekends. And if they don't see the numbers they don't care to broke clients. Thats against PVP
