Procter & Gamble Leadership Employee Reviews

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I lead many science teams. Was the resident trouble shooter, and they fully trusted me.I taught in the P&G college and was a peer leader.I LOVED my job and couldn't wait to come to work, often staying over for an extra hour or 2.I still dream of being at work. Traveled worldwide for the company.

Pushes me to grow and enables me to do so

Willingness to invest in individuals

My leadership team seems to be consistently focused on looking busy and driving too many initiatives to make deeper impact. It would be helpful for the team to push back harder on the SVP to focus more on pointed purposes

their passion and support to everybody

Helpful, friendly, open to suggestions and supportive.

Make fast decisions and priority calls.

They are really kind and they talk to everyone

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

They need to have a good look at themselves and the way they ran the company and how they running their workers into the ground.

Review from Operations Dept

Positive and gait tearmeby of each employee

Reality (of life ) Diversiry

Understanding there employees and hearing them.

saying no to fixing the unfixable

Need to lIsten. Need to earn trust and respect and not being a dictator

Truly valuing all employees and not cutting benefits.

Listening to the workers at the bottom of the org.

Review from Operations Dept

They are missing a lot of leadership, there's a lot of micromanagement going on

Understanding needs of shift workers better

Listening and caring for core team employees like Mr proctor and Mr Gamble intended. Actually caring, not saying you do then 3 months later minimize another employee benifit for cost savings or bringing more work on the already unstable over worked core team employee.

Review from Operations Dept

Work better for the employees who have the years of service in to help build a better work environment and nit push people out the door

Review from Operations Dept

Talking and listening to workers

Review from Operations Dept

Over complication of every aspect of employment, from the way fsa spending accounts are managed , to interfaces the gather data at production level.

Review from Operations Dept

They are bold face lyiers and play favortizium to folks that do not have there heart in P&G.Lower management tells upper management what they want to get what they want even if it’s not the truth.

Review from Operations Dept

The people that are in management are just out of college engineering people and they have no management experience. You constantly are taking direction from people with no work experience let alone life experience. They don’t have a clue how to deal with people

Review from Operations Dept

Respect for the workers and family’s

Review from Operations Dept

Focusing on production instead of non-value added tasks

Review from Operations Dept

Stop worrying about yourself and start taking care of your people. Quit downsizing workforce to increase profit. A bad manager can ruin an entire group.
