The knowledge of the interviewers.

I was tested in the areas of math, logical thinking, visual recognition, very similar to an IQ test.
Review from Engineering Dept
More technical questions during the interview
study case interview with the top director
Efficient and effective, simple yet effective
Meeting different leaders and hearing them describe culture
Interviews are structured in cause/effect format and when the interviewee isn't understanding the question, the interviewer will help to clarify what they are looking for.
The ability to talk about my life experiences
Review from Sales Dept
The questions are hard but interesting
The detail of the questions asked
Like that the interviewer has extensive knowledge of the company
the process is very consistent
Friendly courteous good things to say
Hard to link previous work experience to new one due to name change
I had the opportunity to meet with several people at the work location including multiple visits to the site. I was assigned a recruiting sponsor who started a similar job 5 yrs before me and provided additional insight. I had access to employee networks even during the interview process.
Interviews with different levels of management
Its easy to get top marks.
Intense but definitely fair for all
I enjoyed the interview process, but it was tough
The process involve questions out of the ordinary or typical, giving you a hint of the companies way of thinking prior being selected as a member of the team.
Have attitude tests rather than cognitive tests.
It was ok could be better nothing about me as a person is looked at. The people interviewing you are children they don’t know how to work or interact with adults
Review from Operations Dept
Too long. It takes months to get hired, even for the most basic job.
