Compensation is normally pretty good. They strive to be in the middle of the pack of their competitors. Watch because the trend over the last decade has been to reduce total compensation

work life balance is good. You can do 40-60 hours and most managers are very good about being flexible.

Challenging. Constant pressure to do more with less, coupled with management;s lack of understanding of the work tends to result in a high stress workplace

The work can be highly technical and there are a number of good people working in Engineering. The challenge comes in with management's constant strive to achieve short term goals (such as cost) instead of long term sustainability.

Very interactive and fast paced work environment. Our team collaborates on all projects to avoid duplication of effort. I work about 50 hours per week with generous vacation time offered.

I know we need to make money but people don’t want to take vacations in the winter. We should go back to shutting down for the week of the 4th.
