What is the best part about your compensation package?
Vacation. 3 weeks + 2 weeks end of Dec/early Jan for everyone! Health coverage is also great.

We have an amazing vacation policy. Everyone gets 5 weeks a year plus holidays (so 6 weeks off!). And people actually take it.

You are not lavishly compensated but there's lots of little details that it feels like they get right in the overall package. For working at a non-profit I am extremely satisfied.

While we don't have many of the "extras" that you might get at a for-profit (bonuses, stock, etc.), the base compensation is still competitive with the tech industry.

Everyone is smarter at something than I am.

I have never worked with a group of people who are so competent, helpful, and kind. I am constantly in awe of someone on my team, and they are always lifting one another up. The best team I've worked on, hands-down.

Everyone cares about the mission and are friendly, supportive, and hardworking. I'd say the team and culture is the best part of working in the office. The best part of working here period is the extended team of motivated teachers and facilitators using our stuff!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The transparency and openness of the culture is unlike I've ever seen. People like to help each other out and are allowed to make mistakes
