We are working to change the face of Computer Science in education so everyone is working very hard to reach this goal.
We value what's best for students and teachers. We respond quickly to feedback. Our work is serious but day to day we keep it fun.
What is the best part about your compensation package at Code.org?

Holidays and time off. We are given 2 weeks at the end of the year, and it doesn't count against our PTO.
We have an amazing vacation policy. Everyone gets 5 weeks a year plus holidays (so 6 weeks off!). And people actually take it.
Fair salary. Health Care.
