sticking to the company mission
Huge layoffs of most of our staff, more than once in the company's history. Usually after a crazy initiative from the CEO fails.
Truly hate starting the day. Every day presents more self impacted issues.
I loved working at Treehouse and loved my coworkers. I cannot say the same about the executive team, unfortunately. The company has never been financially stable and has gone through 2 rounds of layoffs, where a large percentage of the company was affected. Love the work, not the executive decisions
