What do you like best about the leadership team?
Some managers try to buffer employees from the crazy things happening at the executive level.
Regular communication to sales organization

sticking to the company mission
Actually committing to the values that they pitch so strongly at employees. For a company that goes on so much about how it values transparency, there is nothing transparent at all about saying the company is in an okay financial state and then abruptly laying off 50% of the company.
scheduling and giving the employees more information. also the occurence system is terrible. they are losing great employees due to not being able to get fmla for the first year and having to wait over a year for insurance if you start after the deadline.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
base salary is good but bonus is missed repeatedly. Team is not aware of what targets are until 1/2 way through the year.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
line workers are very under paid when they do a lot of the work that gets delivered to the customers directly.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Hard workers - handling some very remarkable obstacles with positive attitudes
Team culture at a lower level is amazing. I have never had as good of a working relationship with coworkers as I have at Treehouse. Everyone is highly empathetic, passionate, and kind.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
less stressful enviroment and not having to work overtime every week

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Leadership just doesn't get it. Continue to make top down decisions based solely on wallstreet and does not ask fro employee input.
we find out the last day that we are scheduled that we have to work the weekend. we need to be informed of our schedule way ahead of time
