Actually committing to the values that they pitch so strongly at employees. For a company that goes on so much about how it values transparency, there is nothing transparent at all about saying the company is in an okay financial state and then abruptly laying off 50% of the company.
scheduling and giving the employees more information. also the occurence system is terrible. they are losing great employees due to not being able to get fmla for the first year and having to wait over a year for insurance if you start after the deadline.
