What do you like best about the leadership team? Some managers try to buffer employees from the crazy things happening at the executive level.
What do you like best about the leadership team?Regular communication to sales organization
What is the best part about your compensation package?base salary is good but bonus is missed repeatedly. Team is not aware of what targets are until 1/2 way through the year.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?sticking to the company mission
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Actually committing to the values that they pitch so strongly at employees. What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Leadership just doesn't get it. Continue to make top down decisions based solely on wallstreet and does not ask fro employee input.
