Resources are stretched thin. The Enablement team is far larger than the Solutions Architect team. Lead generation is almost non-existent despite a large SDR team. Sales infrastructure & commission systems are broken & unreliable. Most Sales Leaders micromanage. Quotas are unattainable.

Internal mobility is tricky in regions outside of the US/Canada. But project work can bring great rewards.
What is the best advice you could give someone during their first month at Skillsoft?
Be open to new ideas and lack of clarity initially. It takes time to learn the job fully but in 6mths you’ll feel like a guru!
