I like their support and consistency
Our CEO is inspiring, however, the leadership team needs to keep their word. Actions do not align to what we're being told in some important areas related to sales compensation

I'm fortunate to work in the sales function so get access to a quarterly bonus.
salary plus bonus potential is market rate
Health benefits and plan is good. The company could contribute more to our 401k and/or provide stock options.
I need to feel like I contribute to something meaningful and that people care.
I have a fair salary, but territories are poorly structured. More than half of Growth accounts do not actually have contracts with the company & should be acquisition accounts. Reps are paid less on Acquisition than Growth despite Acquisition being harder deals to close. This makes OTE unrealistic.
All meetings follow an agenda

My team and the work we donis the best part of working here. They're so talented and focused on achieving great things for our customers (deeplyndisappointed when things go awry). The work we do is creative and challenging in a good way.

Set up teams for success. Improve communication and compensate reps for lost time.
1 Executive team needs to keep their word to regain trust from the field. 2 Stop the daily fire drills and plan better. 3 Clear and effective communication: be clear with what the team needs to do and provide us with the correct and complete information at that time
I liked that I had to do a presentation and product demonstration. Inalso loved the flexibility of location as meeting in person was tricky for me with work.
I knew quickly that they wanted to hire me, and they didn't have a lengthy interview process once they knew they wanted to hire me. The offer took too long, but the interview process wasn't extensive unlike many others I interviewed with who I declined to move forward with for that reason.

Getting to work with prospective customers and customers on providing a solution that really meets their needs.
My manager and my direct and extended team
Because sales territories are so frequently changed, customers do not build a relationship with sales teams which prevents them from being loyal & being apt to buy more. Equally distribute actual customers amongst the territories, make quotas reasonable, and keep account assignments stable.
