The only positive about working here right now is my team. Both my direct team, as well as the extended team I work with on each shared account.
Our CEO is inspiring, however, the leadership team needs to keep their word. Actions do not align to what we're being told in some important areas related to sales compensation
1 Executive team needs to keep their word to regain trust from the field. 2 Stop the daily fire drills and plan better. 3 Clear and effective communication: be clear with what the team needs to do and provide us with the correct and complete information at that time
