  • Fewer meetings

  • I would keep it the same but more wiggalin with other websites as well

  • Give all employees some degree of privacy and protection from the constant noise and interruptions of the very open floor plan office layout. There are drop-in rooms people can use to "get away" someplace quiet(ish) for awhile, but people shouldn't always have to go find a quiet place away from their desk in order to be able to concentrate and get work done.

There is no official Work from home policy, you just need to talk with your manager for that

  • I don't know that LinkedIn has a company-wide work from home policy. In effect, the work from home policy is extremely variable, depending somewhat upon the job type and responsibilities and very heavily upon the manager: some managers are very reasonable with work from home from employees who've proven themselves trustworthy to manage themselves and get stuff done, whereas other managers simply don't extend that sort of trust to their employees easily at all. It varies. A lot.

pretty ok. The constant heat coming from clients made it hard to feel good about the products we were selling. Very monopolistic in our sales narrative, so it began to make sense why clients had so much disdain for us.

  • I truly enjoy the culture and the work I do. I feel like my work is valued appropriately and that I'm working on products that are adding real value to the end users.
