  • It’s bad. Everyone is in fear of losing their job.

  • Improving greatly over the past few months. Q1 was miserable, lots of uncertainty, Q2 was still chaos but new leadership was put in place and communication improved, Q3 communication moved to almost daily updates on something good happening within the Company, Q4 has been very good with announcements of the finalized Product Road Map and roll out of new products pending in Q1 2018.

  • The Weston office is 3 floors, mostly cubicals with offices and cnf rooms around outside. Cafeteria downstairs with really good food and reasonable prices.

  • I just joined Monster earlier this year and the Product team has cleaned house. Old leadership for the most part is gone and the new CPO is giving new direction to the development teams. It's an exciting time. New products/versions are set to be released in Q1 and Q2 and then every 6-8 weeks after that.
