How's the morale at Monster?
It’s bad. Everyone is in fear of losing their job.
Improving greatly over the past few months. Q1 was miserable, lots of uncertainty, Q2 was still chaos but new leadership was put in place and communication improved, Q3 communication moved to almost daily updates on something good happening within the Company, Q4 has been very good with announcements of the finalized Product Road Map and roll out of new products pending in Q1 2018.
If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at Monster?
Remove senior management as they are running the company into the ground.

They don’t. Monster has been declining steadily for years.

I would see no reason to work there. No vision for the future.

What's the office layout like at Monster?
The Weston office is 3 floors, mostly cubicals with offices and cnf rooms around outside. Cafeteria downstairs with really good food and reasonable prices.
What unique perks and benefits does Monster provide?
Nothing really "unique" other than the normal volume employee discounts to tickets, etc
What's the pay like for Product roles at Monster?
On par with local averages. Long time employees might be a bit lower and not on parity with peer salaries but they have addressed most of those issues.
What's the vibe like in the Product dept at Monster? How many hours are you working?
It's pretty flexible, sometimes 50-60 hours but usually 40 hours.
How's the leadership on the Product team at Monster?
New leadership has turned Monster around considerably since they took over. Huge strides made in Product Development, Sales Management, Marketing and at CxO levels.
What's the Product team like at Monster?
I just joined Monster earlier this year and the Product team has cleaned house. Old leadership for the most part is gone and the new CPO is giving new direction to the development teams. It's an exciting time. New products/versions are set to be released in Q1 and Q2 and then every 6-8 weeks after that.
What are some of the best things about your team at Monster?
I LOVE the team I work on!! Everyone is an over-achiever & we all work very hard to help and encourage each other. And our boss is fantastic
