Positive Reviews From Monster Employees

  • What is the best part about your compensation package?
The work/ life balance and focus on employee support
  • What makes you most happy at work?
Coming up with a good solution in collaboration with my coworkers
  • What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Flexibility, understanding, a focus on employee wellness and work-life balance

Constructive Feedback From Monster Employees

  • What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Nothing except to be consistent. If you hire someone working only on commission or a draw, don't tell them one number and then change it before payday so that they can take your money. I was told 30% when hired, then had to sign a contract stating only for perfect attendance,.
  • What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Better leadership and understanding of accountability and ethical business practices.
  • What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Matt can be very understanding and is good at getting his team excited, but only on the days he is not wasted at work off pills.
