Matt consistently cheats his staff out of pay but always pays his girlfriend [his employee] almost double. The game is rigged. Neither himself or his girlfriend are particularly good at opening, instead they just close. I have never worked for a sales company where the closer cannot open well.

Good luck ever getting paid. 30 reps who over achieved got capped on commission and some didn't even get paid, plus over 60+ days for paymen
