Monster Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The work/ life balance and focus on employee support

I get 5 to 7 % bonus at the end of year

Base salary is pretty decent

Review from Sales Dept

Competitive competitive plan with realistic quotas

Review from Sales Dept

We are paid very handsomely.

Review from Sales Dept

Ability to earn more money with performance

Review from Sales Dept

Paid for the job I do

Meets industry standards for total compensation

Great benefits for a family that are comparable, if not better in cost, then most other plans.

Review from Sales Dept

The vacation time is the best part. It's like 3 weeks from start.

The best part is the paid time off or vacation time.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Matt consistently cheats his staff out of pay but always pays his girlfriend [his employee] almost double. The game is rigged. Neither himself or his girlfriend are particularly good at opening, instead they just close. I have never worked for a sales company where the closer cannot open well.

Review from Sales Dept

Good luck ever getting paid. 30 reps who over achieved got capped on commission and some didn't even get paid, plus over 60+ days for paymen
