Getting back to Monster's original roots - it's all about people and the most important people are the employees
Review from Sales Dept
Leading their teams with more hands on training and strategizing more with their team on how to close the deal.
Review from Sales Dept
Matt consistently cheats his staff out of pay but always pays his girlfriend [his employee] almost double. The game is rigged. Neither himself or his girlfriend are particularly good at opening, instead they just close. I have never worked for a sales company where the closer cannot open well.
Review from Sales Dept
Good luck ever getting paid. 30 reps who over achieved got capped on commission and some didn't even get paid, plus over 60+ days for paymen
Review from Sales Dept
Matt can be very understanding and is good at getting his team excited, but only on the days he is not wasted at work off pills.
Review from Sales Dept
There should be more collaboration, we all keep reinventing the wheel over and over
Review from Sales Dept
Very good ole boy system and not necessarily female friendly
Review from Sales Dept
Executive management should get closer to the employees; middle managers promoted based on seniority, not competence. Lots of supervisors, not enough leaders.
Review from Sales Dept
We are in need of some sort of raise, for most its been several years.
PAY YOUR REPS
Review from Sales Dept
Nothing except to be consistent. If you hire someone working only on commission or a draw, don't tell them one number and then change it before payday so that they can take your money. I was told 30% when hired, then had to sign a contract stating only for perfect attendance,.
Review from Sales Dept
filter out job hoppers there are so much there
Better leadership and understanding of accountability and ethical business practices.
Review from Sales Dept
Reduce the number of products, invest in buying companies rather than partner with them
Review from Sales Dept
Employees are undervalued. Stale managers need to go.
Lack of communication between departments
