While it is the best workplace culture I've experienced in my career, I think we could do a better job of bringing newcomers into the fold.
Be more collaborative as we grow. Also less talk about external politics trump Clinton etc

Easy
It's not difficult. Workday truly believes in providing balance to its employees.
How's the morale at Workday?
Pretty high. Workload isn't soul crushing, no issues using the unlimited pto (within reason), pay is great, plenty of perks. It's a pretty great gig, especially out of the bay area
The morale at Workday is the best I have ever seen at ANY company I have ever worked at - and I have worked at a number of the world's most successful companies.

The design team at Workday has a high concentration of UI designers that are quite junior. There is a push to build a team with more experience and increase the number of researchers and true UX designers. The design practice within Workday has a long way to go.
