It was much better a few years ago. The company had soul then. Now it's just a machine. You may have work, you may not. The things you build may never become anything. Mid level leaders don't question why. They just delegate. It's soul-less.

  • Pretty high. Workload isn't soul crushing, no issues using the unlimited pto (within reason), pay is great, plenty of perks. It's a pretty great gig, especially out of the bay area

  • The design team at Workday has a high concentration of UI designers that are quite junior. There is a push to build a team with more experience and increase the number of researchers and true UX designers. The design practice within Workday has a long way to go.
