  • Not very accessible.

  • It depends on the level you are trying to access. Your immediate management and skip level are generally easily accessible. Higher up the chain to the executive suite becomes a little more difficult. They have open email policies and remind the employees of this regularly. But face to face isn't always practical or even possible at an organization this large.
