there is something new everyday.. new activities make it fun and lots of events that helps the community and personal growth

Eliminate constant RIFS throughout the year.
culture is horrible... highly competitive... while there are many good people here, there are too many people who would like to see you fail. There is limited collaboration. LL is hierarchical and culture goes against the rest of the company's culture.

I met with a couple of people when I interviewed (4 years ago) and from what I remember the hired me pretty quick which was wonderful.
