As with any job, with change, come changes. My former manager was very open and hands off at the same time. My current manager was imported from overseas, culturally inept, the most condescending and conceited manager I have worked for in my 40 year professional life.

Nice work-life balance, but management is mediocre, old-fashioned, and outdated.
