Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Paid less than at nearly all competitors in cybersecurity and tech as a whole, no cost of living raises equating to massive year over year paycuts for loyalty, performance raises are extremely below cost of living and not transparently distributed, but they give away hundreds of millions to investor
Salary for Security Roles in Manila is very low and not competitive
What are some of the best things about your team?
The people are good. All very nice.
Good collaboration and team culture
We are multinational, and we all get along as friends as well. All for one and one for all.
Diverse, respectful, no man-splaining, and team first
Team unity and lack of friction is a breath if fresh air. People are compassionate and usually handle stressful situations with respect and maturity.

Wasn't treated like just another number
It wad very comprehensive and i was able to interview with all of my future peers so we could see quickly that we all meshed.
